All first time users must accept the User Agreement before accessing CourtNet 2.0. This includes the primary account holder and all Sub Account users.
To accept the user agreement, click View, read the agreement, then click Accept. If you click Decline, or fail to accept the agreement, you will be logged out of CourtNet 2.0 and returned to the log-in page.
