To change the current service plan, select "Plan Details" from the "Account Profile" header bar, and click the <Change> button. You will see a grid of the five available plans. Select desired plan and click <Save>. Plan changes go into effect at the beginning of the next billing period.
The five plans provide a choice to match your business needs. These plans follow a cell phone plan model and give you access to a specific number of cases for a flat monthly fee.
